Way-to-Go!

The Way to Go! is given by a supervisor to recognize efforts beyond expected or required job duties. Unlike the Spot Bonus, it is a non-monetary award. The Way-to-Go! award should be utilized to encourage excellence and reward individual achievements and contributions. Way to Go! awards are delivered after the fact, based on a supervisor’s judgment of performance. It is discretionary in nature and may not be used to incentivize an employee in advance of performing the work.

Spot Bonus

A Spot Bonus is a monetary reward given to recognize staff for meritorious performance that goes beyond expected or required productivity; or exceptional contributions by employees performing special projects of significant importance; or assuming additional workload for a period of time.

UT Foundation Honor Roll

The UT Foundation Honor Roll award is a prominent award to recognize significant achievements. Staff may be nominated for a category based on self-development, teamwork, leadership or other.
