ANDI (Alumni and Development Information) is a computerized data storage and retrieval system that holds over 450,000 records of information about UT alumni, friends, businesses and other organizations. ANDI serves as the official record of gifts and pledges to the University. ANDI also stores addresses, phone numbers, employment information and other bio-demographic data supporting all University communication with our alumni and friends.
UT licenses the ANDI software under the “Advance” trade name from SunGard BSR, Inc., Suite 1200, 1000 Winter Street, Waltham, MA 02451. The ANDI/Advance images displayed on this web site are confidential and proprietary. The software is the property of SunGard BSR.
The Advancement Services Help Desk will provide a single, helpful, first point of contact for all users of the ANDI system (both client and AWA) to direct questions and report problems pertaining to the ANDI system. In response, the Help Desk will work to resolve the issue and attempt to help the user maximize their use of the ANDI application, or distribute the call to the appropriate staff.
The Help Desk will assist in the notification of upgrades or announcements, and will be available to help users with other applications used by the UT Advancement community such as Microsoft Outlook and QAS.
The Help Desk can be accessed through e-mail, telephone, and walkups.
